1. Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu is a world-famous Inca site and is situated approximately 2,400 meters above sea level. Those who are lucky enough to visit the statue end up spreading their arms out to mimic the stance of the statue – and we were no exception!

4. Salar de Uyuni

This is the largest salt flat in the entire world spanning a distance of over a mind-boggling 10,582 square kilometres. Located in southwest Bolivia, these salt flats is a hugely popular choice with tourists, with many opting to complete a four day/three night tour of the area. Visitors will witness the sheer vastness and beauty of the salt flats first-hand, whilst also stopping by a train graveyard, a local market and the Salt Hotel which has now been turned into a museum.

5. Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro

Copacabana is a barrio, or neighbourhood, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This world-famous neighbourhood is known for its 4km stretch of balneario beach, which has become one of the most popular beaches in the world. With a hot climate, 63 hotels and plenty of shops and restaurants to offer, Copacabana is the hip and trendy place to be when in Rio. It’s fun, it’s lively and it’s a great place to relax and soak up some sun in.
